Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - School Setting

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team and provide healthcare support to students in local schools across the Southern Los Angeles area. You will play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of students by administering care, responding to health concerns, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team and provide healthcare support to students in local schools across the Southern Los Angeles area. You will play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of students by administering care, responding to health concerns, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide health services to students in the school setting, including administering medications and first aid as needed.
- Support students with health conditions and collaborate with school staff on care plans.
- Monitor and respond to illness or injury during the school day.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student health records and services provided.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with school health policies and state nursing standards.
- Possibility to travel between school sites as needed to provide coverage and support.
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- 6 Months - 1 year LVN experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn and gain exposure to new skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to drive between school sites in the Southern Los Angeles region.
- Previous pediatric, school nursing, or community health experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing school environments.
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
- Paid Training with our Clinical Team 6 hours of hands on experience.
- Onsite Orientations
- 24/7 access to clinical and support staff
- School-day hours (Monday-Friday, between 7:00am - 3:30pm).
- Assignments may vary by school site.
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Range of $32 - $34/hour.
- Possibility for mileage reimbursement for travel between school sites.
