Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room Charge Nurse New

United Pacific Surgery Center, is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to join our team.

United Pacific Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR and Pre-OP/PACU) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Outpatient Surgical Center Clinical Director will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 annual depending on experience

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN or higher degree preferred
• Must have an active RN license to work in CA
• Must have Operating Room Experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
• CPR and ACLS accredited by AHA required
