Hours: 0630 – 1730 Monday thru Friday – Outpatient Clinic

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (ACEN or CCNE).
• Certifications: Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross (web-based classes not accepted).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate patient care with a diverse healthcare team.
2. Ensure compliance with MTF standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Perform physical exams, health histories, and provide personalized patient care.
4. Administer medications and wound care, while supervising other healthcare staff.
5. Offer health education, counseling, and telehealth services to patients of all ages.
6. Respond swiftly to emergencies, recognizing and managing adverse signs and symptoms.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and arrange specialty care when needed.
8. Conduct research to improve patient outcomes and nursing practices.
